First Aid/ CPR Licensing (USCG Approved)

SEA-Guide personnel are certified as ASHI Emergency Medicine Instructors. These First Aid, CPR, and AED courses are accepted by over 1400 U.S. organizations including; United States Coast Guard, American Heart Association, US Ski Patrol, OSHA, US Forest Service, Boy Scouts of America, State of Alaska, City and Borough of Juneau.

$55.00 (plus $15 Licensing Fee and 5% CBJ Tax)

Licenses Offered

You can customize your license specifications to fit your needs by type, age group, and delivery method           

Class Options

First Aid, CPR, AED or a combination of all-3.  Wilderness First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogen Response, Emergency Oxygen Administration, and BLS (Basic Life Saver), are only available in-person

Age

SEA-Guide's online training course licenses you in Infant, Child, and Adult CPR

Delivery

Classroom or online (blended). All students must perform a 10-minute Compression Skills Test (CST) in-person. Online students must reserve a time and location for their CST within 30-days of registration

Time

Online courses vary in length depending on specific license requirements. First Aid course requires approximately 1-hour to complete. First Aid+ CPR course requires approximately 2-hours to complete. First Aid+CPR+AED course requires approximately 2.5 hours to complete. Child and Infant endorsements require approximately 30-minutes to complete.
